Phoenix Care Wakefield is a domiciliary service that offers vulnerable adults the opportunity to live independently at home, but to have an individualised package of support.

The service offers the opportunity for individuals to live at home and to have the support of trained staff to maintain welfare and choice, support with daily living skills, support with emotional needs, support with personal care, whilst maintaining a level of independence at home and empowering the individual.
